Initial Evaluations

general PT 60 min: $175
pelvic floor/complex PT 90 min: $250

 

Single Follow Up Visits

60 min: $150
75 min: $187
90 min: $225

BPPV/Vestibular evaluations & treatment

(30-60 min)
