If vestibular patients are unable to drive, consider a treatment in your home. This service is dependent upon your location and Cary’s availability. Extra fees apply for distances greater than 15 min away.

PAYMENT

Venmo, cash or check is preferred.  Also accepting Zelle, Paypal, credit
card, Health Saving Account and Flex Savings Account cards.  All cards will be charged a fee per Square app.

INSURANCE

Inner Alignment Physical Therapy is a fee-for-service cash based practice, meaning that Dr. Barberich does not accept insurance directly. However, Dr, Barberich can provide a super bill for Physical Therapy services to submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. Please note: the amount reimbursed is dependent upon your insurance plan. Many health insurance plans require a deductible be met before out-of-network reimbursement is given; this may be a different deductible than in-network services.  Your health insurance may also require a referral or prescription from a medical doctor prior to seeing the physical therapist. Understanding your insurance is the patient’s responsibility.  Please refer to Prescriptions/Referrals for more. Per the law, Dr. Barberich, PT can not see anyone with Medicare.

PRESCRIPTIONS/REFERRALS

In California, anyone may directly see a Physical Therapist for 12 visits or 45 days, whichever comes first.  After this time period, you will require a medical diagnosis and PT referral from a doctor (MD, DO, or DPM).  Administrative work (e.g. communication with your doctor, paperwork for superbill, etc) that takes longer than 20 min will be charged $25 for time.
