DANCE
Cary began dancing at 3 years old. She studied locally in South Jersey until she began training seriously at Princeton Ballet School during high school. She continued studying ballet at Broadway Dance and Steps while simultaneously earning her B.F.A in Acting at Tisch School of the Arts at New York University. Her professional career includes Rebecca Kelly Ballet in NYC, Charleston Ballet Theatre, National Ballet, the Radio City Christmas Spectacular, The King & I and contemporary ballet company Myo (now BalletRED).

Cary earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Columbia University and began her career working at the VA hospital with trauma and brain injured patients in 2007. Her PT career is broad and after 19 years of experience, she has worked with patients in neuro, ortho, vestibular, Women's health & pelvic floor, pediatrics and dancers.

When she returned to performing in 2017, after an 18 year hiatus, she began to infuse her PT knowledge with dance technique. After her 2 daughters began to take dance and musical theater classes, she began to see the need for strength and technique, especially among younger dancers. Her goal is to not only prevent injury but to help dancers keep up with the demand of today's dance world using both her physical therapy education and professional dance background.
