About Me

Philosophy: We are all Souls living on this human earth in a human body.  We all have unprocessed childhood experiences that have shaped our current belief systems and often these do not serve us to live our most easeful & abundant life.  We become triggered, we become sad, we become stuck, we become anxious, we become angry, we become ill, we experience physical pain, we question the big stuff like, "what’s my purpose in life?".  When you dive inward on that personal journey to heal, life starts to shift.  You begin to see the beautiful ride that life can be.  You recognize that not all storms come to disrupt your life; some come to clear your path.  Turning inward, opening up, and feeling safe inside your own skin is just the beginning….

“Working with Cary during my maternity leave was the best thing I could have done. She really helped me build my strength and body awareness. And it was super convenient -- she came to my home, held my baby when he needed it, and helped me incorporate him into Pilates moves. Pilates with Cary was different than the group classes and individual sessions I'd done in the past -- she hones in on the key muscles, helps you visualize the movements you're trying to make, and really demonstrates things in a way that sticks. Plus, she' got a wealth of knowledge in PT for adults and babies. I'm back to work now but will carry the practice forward.”
